All finished commissions are non-refundableI have the right to decline a commission due to discomfort, or I do not meet your expectations.
I have the right to decline any changes, images that will be included, or words that are used in the commissions.I do not offer animation, realistic, pixel, detailed, horror, NSFW, fanart, create mascots and draw your characters (please provide if you have any images or characters you would like to add)Client will be contacted once I accept the commission. You will be contacted once again to discuss it further on.⸻

All prices are CAD only and will be accepted through PayPal invoiceListed prices are starting prices, they will change depending on details and complexity of the commission.I will begin the commission once I receive the full payment, half payment, or what we discussed.
Client will be contacted once I begin your commission(please check my Trello to keep up to date)⸻

3 small revisions or minor changes will be free of charge.
There will be extra charges for any big revisions and more than 3 small revisions.There will be extra charges for extra screens, panels, etc.Rush orders will be charged an extra 50% of the commission price and will be delivered within a week. You will also skip the waiting list and be put as a priority.⸻

Client will receive a full refund if I haven't started your commission within 2 weeks.
You will receive a half refund once I begin your commission and you will be given the current progress of the commission.
There will be no refunds once you are given the 2nd work in progress update.⸻
__ __✩** DELIVERY **✩
The completion time will vary depending on the details and complexity of your commission. So please be patient!Due to school, estimated delivery time will extend for an extra 1 weekHeaders, panels, overlays: estimated 2-3 weekss
screens, package: estimated 4-8 weeksCommission files will be delivered as PNG through Google Drive.
PSD or Ai files will not be given to the client or there will be an extra charge depending on the commission and situation.⸻

Please be respectful and let me know more about your commission in detail, let me know how you envision the designs you want. It is your stream assets and not mine, so please do not leave it up to me.Please stay in contact (at least 2-5 days) through Twitter once I started on your commission.Client will receive work in progress updates about your commission.⸻
__ __✩** COPYRIGHT & CREDITS **✩Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for any blockchain-related technology which includes non fungible tokens(NFT), cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens(NFT) or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.Please do not claim the designs as your own. Profiting, tracing, altering, reselling, or redistribution of my work is strictly prohibited. Client may post, showcase and other personal usage but please credit me twitter@mochiimari_I have the right to keep, showcase, and distribute any of the commissions on social media or portfolio. Please let me know in advance to delay publishing or stream your commission.⸻

I do not create the characters that are on my designs, those are given by clients and done by different artists.
I only design all the vectors, backgrounds and other elements on the commissions.
⸻ ✩ DO YOU USE A DRAWING TABLET? ✩
No, I use Ipad Air 4 with the apple pencil and a mouse on PC⸻ ✩ DID YOU GO TO DESIGN SCHOOL? ✩
I went to a design school for Introduction to Design and I am currently a 2nd year full time Graphic Design Student⸻ ✩ HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DESIGNING? ✩
I started designing with photoshop since elementary school and took breaks between the years. I started taking commissions and learned Illustrator in early 2019 and created my Etsy shop in November 2020⸻ ✩ ARE YOU ACCEPTING MORE COMMISSIONS? / ARE YOU ADDING MORE ITEMS TO YOUR KO-FI? ✩
As of now, I am selective with my commissions and limiting my commissions to 2-4 per month due to class projects, but I will be accepting more for winter break!Yes!
